Q: I am looking for crystals that are conected for crafts

These crystals are separated by round key split rings, so you can add or remove crystals as you wish. They are a nice quality and don't tangle.

Q: Do these cast rainbows?

I didn’t hang mine over a window, so not sure if it will cast a rainbow. However, when the light hit just so, it gives a great sparkle.

Q: I have a six ft area that I would like to hang these from so how many packs should I get to make it look like the picture?

I would say 10 to 12 (if you want them close together). I bought two packs for a doorway and they had to be spaced out in order to be even. Also, I had to string them with ribbon and hang on command hooks. It was cute once it was up though.

Q: Can we hand these like a curtain ?

I used ribbon to hang mine with the with I desired.
