Recommended.
Bags are as advertised and stand up to long cooking time and seal very well. Do not impart any odd taste to the food.

Nice product. To be used with a good vacuum sealer. The plastic is thick, good. Can be reused again after washing and drying.

One side is hatched and the other side is plain plastic. Seal is not effective.
1. only one side is etched with squares. The other side is plain plastic. I didn't find this detail in any of the description.2. The seal loses its integrity within 2 days (strong-dry sealing), compared to bags with both sides etched/ crossed. I have even tried double sealing the bags (at two different locations..of-course)...it doesn't work. I don't recommend it for strong dry sealing. unfortunately, I am stuck with it (having experimented with a few bags).
