The media could not be loaded.  I bought in December 2022 now not working.Product performance and quality is very poor but outer body is goodNot showing any warranty option 😕

Unable to connect via mobile device via smart life app to wifi without wifi router seems like cannot control from mobile device but works the button which turnon off should be used to set wifi blinks tried but unable to connect without router

The media could not be loaded.  16A Smart Plug is very much easy to install. The wifi range is really good compared to other products in the same range. I was having Alexa now I am using alexa with cled smart plug adapter it was very easy to connect with Amazon Alexa for voice control.I am using this device to automate the AC to switch off/on multiple times in night time. And also the best thing was delivery was very fast and free. there was no issue with this smart plug socket and good quality, good looking product. Now i have no trust issue with this brand cled .Thanks to Cled for this lovely smart plug product.Now i only say Alexa turn on the AC

easy to connect , gets nicely and easily added on Smartlife app that i use to control all my other smart switches ..... above all its a metered socket like wipro and havels but at a much lesser price ..... hence great value for money

Well I purchased 16a and configured which is little bit tricky but somehow it got connected then it is very easy to use smart app with which you can control and monitor when to start and end and also schedule all days when to on and off automatically and also manually you can manage during schedule.i can surely recommend the cled for its value and features the same with other brand nearly 300rs more.this is my 3 weeks experience I am using.

I ordered three of such products. Rest two are working fine but one has a manufacturing defect. It is not working. Kindly replace my product as soon as possible.

Setup was difficult since no clear instructions were given on which product to choose after installing app.The plug was working well until we discovered it stopped working. On checking the plug, we realised it surely was not capable of handling a geyser.On top of that, having a warranty of 1 year is absolutely useless If there is no support to resolve your problems. The number provided has no response. There is no outlet where you can get replacement. Absolutely useless and a good lesson to trust bigger brands like wipro or Havells.
