The trimmer turns on so 1 star for that.Awful and painful experience, the trimmer plucks and tears at your hair, this is NOT a usable product. Requested a return but nobody from Amazon came to pick it up. Cannot recommend this product in any way.

The trimmer is dead after 5-6 beard trims. Blade not cutting through hair. Not a very good product. Other bettee options available in market

Trimmer is lookin good. Light weight, premium quality has many adjustments but the blade is broken. Very disappointing from Amazon and Wahl.
