Q: Can this be hung outdoors rain snow ?

I actually have this hung outside. So far it has held up well.

Q: I would like to know if this can be protected to hang outsode on the deck wall?

To "be sure", I coated it with three coats of a clear acrylic lacquer because of the Arizona sun. Been up for 6 months or so and looks like new. Try a small spot first to make sure whatever you are using does not strip or weaken the paint. This is a beautiful addition to our patio.
