I really really like this necklace. The customization process was easy. I do have a couple of disappointments, though nothing to make me dissatisfied.First, in the customization instructions it said you could put a comma after each name and they would replace it with a heart. I entered a phrase, a comma, then another phrase, and the comma was not replaced. Slightly disappointing, but it DID say "name" and it doesn't look bad by any means.Second, I wish there was either a chain length option, or an option to not have a chain. The chain supplied fits me like a choker, and I didn't see in the description the length of the chain. I was wanting it to fit inside my shirt. Not a big deal, I just threw away the chain and ordered a 22" chain that will be in by the end of the week.Thank you for making such a great product that is so easy to customize.
