Q: does it have the 4kg weights with it

It comes with 8 x 4g weights that can be added. You can add as many or as little as you want. and they have multiple locations on each side to add them so it can be weight more up front or towards the back if you don't use all 8.

Q: So I’ve purchased this mouse, and have played on it for maybe a total of 5 hours. Is there any way to get it to stop shooting by itself?

I have no clue why it does that. For me it refuses to shoot which you could contact their support and get another one for free. They did make me destroy mine though.

Q: Does this work on xbox?

Yes with a keyboard. My grandson does on Xbox.
