Purchased bracelet as a gift. It arrived in black, not brown as pictured, no "gift bag" as claimed, and smaller charms than they appear in picture. Also, it was dropped down to half the price I paid (just hours after I purchased it). A letdown all around. :(

I loves it. So cute easy to wear. I hate brackets so I was surprised when I found I could wear it everyday without taking it off. I thought it would last a while but I was wrong. The chain broke yesterday and I can't fix it. So it only lasted me two months. I really wanted to give this five stars but because it broke on me so soon I couldn't.

I would have given product a 5 except for the cost of shipping. To get it by Christmas guaranteed...it was 26 USD. When I complained of the cost it was disclosed that it was shipping from China and could not be changed...however the seller was appropriate and professional with my disgruntled emails. Product was lovely just as advertised.
