It smells good and you receive a large amount, but it is not worth the price. It is worth the price of a deep conditioner. I get Keratin treatments and was hoping this could take its place, but it doesn’t compare when trying to get stubborn gray hair under control.

I contacted Nume after I received my product informing them that the sealed was broken, I was not comfortable using something that alters your hair without being able to verify that the container had the correct product . Upon reaching out I was told that it was safe to use, that the seal was broken on route to me, then a sexy email was send informing me that I probably just thought it wasn’t sealed and that I was just not able to hear the the seal being broken. I was really surprised and astonished at their responses. After contacting Nume official site which is supposedly the same company , I was told to definitely not use the product if the seal was broken, so is this really Nume official site , why the conflicting responses. I felt that they were trying too hard to convince me to use something that was probably recycle . Be aware of buying from this site.

Product did smooth hair as advertised but it also turned my hair yellow. Went from a brunette to a blonde —and it kept getting lighter every day. I had to pay to go to hairdresser and get it fixed. I planned to return it but just saw the return window has closed. Lot of money to waste. ☹️
