Had some serious pain in my foot so I figured I would give these a try. The front ball of my foot would be killing me after work since I work in shouts and I’m on my feet all day. Got to the point where the pain was getting g to be too much. So I figured I would give these a go. And they have solved my problem pain is gone. After wearing them a few days they was no more pain. The adhesive was pretty sticky to the point I was able to use the same ones 2 days in a row so I was able to get an extra day out of them. Plus buying them here is cheaper than at the store so definitely a much if your having any foot discomfort or pain

These Metatarsal Foot Pads worked great for providing relief from a sesamoid bone stress fracture . I simply placed the pad under the ball of my foot where the pain was and it gave me enough lift that I was not applying full pressure on my stress fracture. The 3M adhesive held the pad in place even after wearing for more than 8 hours even if I had moist feet. I was also able to fully remove the pad and re-position it and it still held firm. I strongly recommend this product.

Comfy and easy to use, it does slip off after many hours of wear, but with the right placement it works well.

I found the inserts to be very comfortable. I placed them into my shoes and no discomfort. They provide the adjustment I need in all my shoes. These metatarsal pads are made of 100% wool felt, they can either be place straight into your feet that is how I used them at first but is only one time use, so now I placed them in my shoes sole. You get 24 pads, they have 3M adhesive on the back, they do stick really strong. They do really help alleviate the foot pain, cause by Morton’s Neuroma, my husband is also using them, they do work. This product is great quality and the perfect size. I'm definitely going to be ordering more! Highly recommended

The pads are okay, but trying to peel the backing off is so frustrating. Maybe put a divided piece, so it’s easier to remove, would be a better option.

With every step my left foot felt as if there was a large pebble under the ball of my foot. My foot doctor placed one of these pads in my sneaker before I left the office and WOW, my foot felt so much better. These pads are amazing! Please know that placement is SO important. I resolved to have enough of these for every pair of shoes so I can just slip my shoes on and go. They also work great to just use the adhesive directly on your foot. These are essential for me, so pleased with this item.

I am very happy with these Metatarsal foot pads, as the pad took the pressure off of my Metatarsal lump and allowed my foot to finally heal. I've been in pain for a year and nothing has worked until I used these pads. The adhesion is fantastic and I re-used them several times. I also have a problem with plantar fasciitis in my other foot, as I have very high arches. I found that I can use a pad to fill in the arch gap when wearing shoes that I can't wear my orthotics in, sandals mostly, which has been a God send as well!

Used for metatrsalgia, padding helps, adhesive is strong, but also can leave residue behind. The shape is good if you need metatarsal Support. The thickness is good but depending on how tight you wear shoes it may cause discomfort. Placement is important as it lifts the foot up somewhat. Better used inside shoes than barefoot. Using barefoot it can leave material behind on a yoga mat and fibers begin to peel off the pad making it thinner and messy. Is a life saver if needed. Be prepared to do some extra cleanup.
