Love this suitcase, but as others have noted the wheels seem to get lost easily … Not a big deal, but how do you get replacements? I can’t find any information on spares for Travel King. These are just push in wheels, so replacing them should be easy, if you could get them. I’ll give Travel King some time to reply to this review then I’ll I have to downgrade my review, a product this expensive should be easy to get repaired / find spares for.

Purchased this bag as I have wanted an aluminum bag to check for some time. Loved it out of the box. Looks great. However the very first time it was checked it arrived missing a set of wheels. Quite disappointing.

Wanted to love these pieces since quite frankly they’re beautiful, but the design cuts too many corners. The hinges are incredibly flimsy stamped metal and will tear off after a few trips (photo 1). Out of the box, they’re not strong enough to seal the case fully (photo 2). Wish this were improved.

These come with a plastic cover that might help protect dings, but it's paper thin and rips easily. I'd like a replacement but this seller's unreachable now.
