I'm disappointed in this product. It only has 20 mg of B12 even though it has 200 mcg of folate. That's not a good ratio. So then if you take their multivitamin to get more of everything, you're getting too much folate. So it's either take this or take the multivitamin, which I guess some people would do. It's also hard to get information beyond what's on the label because there's nothing additional in the website. You have to email them to ask, and then 2 days later, you have your answer, but it would be so much better if they put more information in the website. I know the labels are small, so that's hard to fit everything on it, so put it in the website! At least the folate and cobalamin are methyl, which is why I gave it 2 stars. At least they used the better form.

My counselor recommended this to help me with my focus and it did absolutely nothing. She said it helps her 11yr old with cognition, and maybe it does, but it didn't do a single thing for me. Maybe it gave me some needed vitamins, I honestly don't know because I didn't feel any sort of difference, but I do know that if you're looking for something that this is advertising it doesn't deliver. Maybe it will work for you and you should give it a shot, but for me it was a serious waste of money.

This is an update of my original review. I have been taking this product for two months. I purchased this B complex because of the manufacturer's commitment to making supplements that are free of additives, dyes and common allergens. Unfortunately this B vitamin complex has left me feeling extremely irritable and anxious. I went from two tablets a day to a 1/2 tablet a day and the product still produced the same feelings of irritability and anxiety. I was pretty surprised at how awful it made me feel. I wanted to like this product but I won't be purchasing it again.
