D-Limonene is listed as the key (actually only) ingredient in this cleaner. Wikipedia says: "Limonene is a colorless liquid aliphatic hydrocarbon classified as a cyclic monoterpene, and is the major component in the oil of citrus fruit peels. The D-isomer, occurring more commonly in nature as the fragrance of oranges, is a flavoring agent in food manufacturing." It makes me wonder why the label cautions that it is flammable. Anyway, I find that this solution cleans adequately but not really any better than other more chemically-based household cleaners I have used. I give it 4 stars for being environmentally friendly. The liquid itself is like water and I wish that the bottle had some sort of instructions or guidance on use but it is completely lacking in that respect. You just have to learn as you go when using it. As I mentioned, it cleans like your average household cleaner but a couple of advantages are the organic nature and it smells very pleasant.

Got it, opened it up, and tried it on adhesive residue on an old jar I was saving to repurpose. I also used it with a damp paper towel to wipe the handle grime off of my refrigerator. It worked really well. The smell is really nice and citrusy, but I do not think I will be tasting it any time soon... oh, food grade probably means that we can scrub our pots and pans and cooking surfaces with this. Whew! I would like to know how to use it with laundry, or to freshen clean up my dishwasher, or on my kitchen floors. I downgraded from 5 to 4 stars only because there are no diluting instructions. Do we use this full strength or dilute it proportionate to task? I have no idea... I guess you could look for info about this from a similar or competitive product, but I would think the manufacturer/seller wouldn't want us to do that. I am sure I will figure this out soon... but at almost $20 for this little jar I do not want to waste any of it.

I have used “oops” for a long time to get adhesive residue off of things. Was ready to try this stuff out as I’m tired of the heavy chemical smell of the other stuff. This is natural and seems to work fairly well overall. May take a little more rubbing then my pass product but it’s worth it. This leaves a nice citrusy fragrance afterwards versus the chemical smell which I really disliked. I also feel like this is much healthier breathing it in. Very versatile. Not only can it remove residue but it’s great for cleaning many different surfaces. Sometimes I use it straight sometimes I dilute it with water depending on how bad the surfaces that I can cleaning. Great to have on hand. Recommended.

I use this cleaner to remove gluey residue from auto electric wires, it works great. It's similar to a goo removal product, except it says that it is rated as food grade, I'm not sure, I wasn't hungry. However knowing that it's safe for consumption also lets me know that it won't damage my skin from contact. It worked great,

Lots of products tout themselves as "miracle" this or that. None of them really are, including this one. However, it cleaned surprisingly well for being just limonene. My kitchen floor was pretty awful. It hadn't really been mopped in maybe a year. I thought it would be something I'd have to get on my hands and knees to clean. I put some of this cleaner with some water in my spray mop. I spritzed and mopped and was pleasantly surprised that it cleaned the floor really nicely. The other big plus is that it didn't give my kitchen a chemical smell.Good stuff!

I open all of my boxes at the table with one pocket knife. It is always coated in packing tape. This is the solution to that. I wanted to try this for adhesive removal alone and it did not disappoint at all. Two swipes with a napkin and they tape residue was history. Smells great too. Says food grade so I will be trying it on the Blackstone for sure.

We got this to use mainly for adhesive removal but also use it for some cleaning just because we like the citrusy scent that it leaves. The product works well. The bottle can sometimes be a little messy when dispensing it. Very versatile for what it can be used for but you have to look those uses up because it doesn't come with any instructions.

It smells great, like it’s namesake and it seems to work just as well as what I’d consider it’s competition, Goo Gone, or whatever the name is and this says it’s 100% Food-Grade. It arrived quickly, safely and I’m really very happy with it!
