I bought this to show to my students to help them understand the Holocaust. It hit hard. As this movie always does. But it’s a great teaching tool.

Love this movie! It's a sad story, but shows another angle of the Hitler Plot against humanity. It hits with a backfire! - As all plots against humanity do in God's beautifully intended world.

While a fictionalized tale, the import of captive Jews destined to be killed does show the raw emotions of this event

I showed this movie for my High School students while we were studying WWII. They really liked this movie and it was a wonderful movie for an alternative look at WWII.

I won't give any hints. I was first sad because the young boy had to stay either inside or outside in front only. Then happy because he finally got to meet the young boy inside. Then!..........

I enjoyed the story about how the Jews were treated during Hitler’s reign. It was sad though.

This film is used for educational/ experiential uses. Students seem to pull a lot from the story that leads to reflections about empathy.
