Top Secret Nutrition Pump Igniter Black, Fruit Punch, 30 Serving

I've been using this preworkout for 3+ years and I still love it, I try others off and on but always resort back to this one.

The ingredient list is solid, the results are a little less than expected, but still good. The problem is that it clumps up in the container. So you are left breaking apart rocks of the stuff to get it into your bottle. It's incredibly disappointing. And once you do, you're left wondering "were the blocks I broke up more of one ingredient, and less of another? Did I get the proper dosage of each? Is there moisture in the container that is causing the clumping and possibly degrading the product?" This really tells me that they just don't know what they are doing. They know what ingredients to put into a product, but they don't know how to deliver it to their customers.

I have been taking this for just over a week and a half. And I absolutely love it! I love the slightly lower than normal amount of caffeine, I can take this later at night before Tae Kwon Do, or a late gym session and still be able to sleep. No Jitters. Or.. If I need to, I can take a double dose before the gym to REALLY get myself going! That said, i've found that I really don't need to. 1 scoop gets me all the pump I need, as well as great focus, and endurance to get through my workout, from the quick 20 minute lunch session, to a grueling 2 hour leg day.
