Really easy to use, for the past year I’ve had shorter cycles from 21-25 days and about a 9/10 day Luteal phase and one miscarriage. I decided to check my progesterone as I’ve had blood test half way between after ovulating/before period was due but it’s harder with a short cycle, progesterone level was fine in this but issue has been it’s not been high enough for long enough basically so strips are great to track how long progesterone actually stays high for to allow for implantation. I’ve had a positive test now which is great! I’m still monitoring progesterone just to check it remains high. I’d highly recommend theses, GP has no way to track progesterone apart from a one off test but if done at the wrong time in the cycle it’s pretty pointless and also doesn’t show how long progesterone is raised for which is a equally important. :D

This is such a terrible product that doesn’t work. It should be a criminal offence that they are allowed to sell this product. I read all the one star reviews prior to purchase and ignored them. I somehow convinced myself they cant possibly be true. Please don’t be like me. The one star reviews are correct! I don’t usually bother with writing reviews but this product is so bad (and so expensive)! The app has zero ability to detect what is actually on the test strip and translate that into an accurate result. I stupidly brought 2 of these😔

Brilliant …. I was able to find out how low progesterone is and how many days it stays the same

I started using these tests after 7 unsuccessful cycles when trying to conceive. I used it on 4 cycles and 3 of them showed lower progesterone. When I did progesterone blood test it showed high levels, at the same time I was using proov. On the day of the blood positive test proov was also showing positive result, however following 3 days showed lower results. This straight away alerted me and confirmed why my luteal phase was shorter (12 days at the time). I waited required 1 year before seeing GP for fertility issues even though I knew that my chances are slim, that was my last hope for my body to come back to normal, however it didnt. When I went to see fertility consultant due to proov results I had evidence that I have a luteal phase defect due to low progesterone. He straight away suggested ovulation induction as treatment of chose, which was my preferred option. Thanks to proov I was confident when going into fertility appointment. I am currently 2 cycles into the treatment and already seeing positive signs on my cycle, so fingers crossed! Would highly recommend proov for anyone who hasnt conveived naturally after 6 months just to check if everything is OK.

I am really happy that I chose to purchase these tests and give them a try. This was 2nd first time purchasing them and I was so impressed that I ordered more. The support you get from Proov is second to none and they emailed me back with a response to my question within a few hours. Read the directions carefully (I didn't hence my need to contact support, but all was resolved easily) and don't hesitate to contact support If needed. Getting your head round the meaning of positive and negative in the progesterone testing was hard at first, but it worked great for me and I'm very happy with the results

Very thin, flimsy and expensive strips. The kit only has 5 strips, so there is no room for error. Compared to OPK and HCG strips, these are very thin, flimsy and fragile, even respecting the 1/3 dip indication and the max marking. The Intructions and App are good. I was not able to get/achieve a positive PDG result, but that is not their fault.

Tried for two cycles now, initially I was happy as it said I ovulated, then this month I got a negative but it looked positive to me as I had a positive not too long before so I re analysed it on the app to make sure and then got a positive (same strip same lighting) I then realised that it can give multiple results on the same test strip, I analyzed the same strip 3 times via the app in the same lighting and it gave completely 3 different results, some positive some negative, then I did the same the next day and the same thing happened. The pictures were taken seconds after each other and in the same lighting so I really don’t understand it and it’s frustrating because how can I trust that the result is accurate if it changes each time? Plus all of my test strips from the same window look the same to me and all look positive, i just don’t think the app is reliable. The app is also very glitchy and sometimes doesn’t work at all. I won’t be buying again and annoyed with myself for wasting my money twice.

After three cycles of using these strips I have never received a positive ovulation score. I decided this month to get a baseline and Day 21 blood test through my doctor and she said my progesterone levels are perfectly normal. These cost too much money for an app with so many glitches and so many false negatives. It caused a lot of undue stress/anxiety and I will not be buying them again. Bonus star given only because customer service is fast and efficient in supporting all of the issues that come up in the app.

È una recensione sul lotto che mi è stato mandato: ho acquistato il 3 Giugno 2025, arrivato il 6 Giugno, pacco da 4 per 4 cicli mestruali quindi (4 mesi insomma), peccato che la data di scadenza è al 31 Luglio 2025 quindi il massimo di utilizzo è di 2 cicli. Quindi gli altri due pacchi sono inutilizzabili. Me ne sono accorta dopo aver buttato la plastichina quindi non potrò procedere al reso ma praticamente su 75 euro di spesa ho la metà del prodotto utilizzabile.

***Just to send some encouragement, I posted this originally when I was barely testing positive for pregnant, but holding my breath in that vulnerable early detection window.. Turns out.. It wasn’t a chem, no early miscarriage, I’m currently in my second trimester. Monitor your body, just tune in with all of Proov’s resources. It seems too easy, especially if you’ve been on the fertility roller coaster. Just listen to yourself, you will tell yourself exactly what to do and when, with the help of Proov’s products. They’re the messenger, it’s up to you what to do, it’s valuable information. Baby dust to all ❤️*** So, we’ve actually been trying for about two years - have used all sorts of products and teas and combinations of dietary modifications which ended in disappointment, chem preg, early miscarriages- it’s been awful emotionally as well as taken a toll on my body. Somehow the combination of Proov’s LH strips for the ovulation spike, PDG strips to confirm ovulation, then using the Pro supplements and Balancing oil for the last two weeks of the cycle WORKED. This company is run by women, was created by a woman with fertility issues (I did my research before investing in this group of products - they seem expensive but they realistically aren’t if you consider the cost of months of things you’ve already tried or the immeasurable cost of the range of emotions, or your time scouring the internet for solutions - let’s admit, the internet can be terrifying with fertility “rabbit holes” so to speak) it’s “PROOV-EN” itself to be priceless.
