Well worth the extra money over cheaper such laser lights.
The housing which is made of metal is very sturdy as is the spike for mounting it into the ground. The bracket which joins the laser housing to the ground spike however, is not so sturdy and bends easily if you are not too careful. I wish that the blue lasers could be a bit brighter and stand out more, but that is simply the nature of blue light. The motion effects are outstanding and the variety of color combinations motion and speed as well as timers included on the remote are really nice. The remote itself is also well made and has a good telescoping antenna.

Poor performance, poor warranty
I used this item twice and it has stopped working, I really wanted it for Halloween 2016 but now I can't use it and I can't return it . Beware, return this item before your 30 days is up !

Not bad, very bright indoors
Not terrible for the price but to realistically cover the front of a 2000sq foot home you would need at least 3 maybe 4 of these. In a bedroom its awesome, very bright. The remote does work well. Using it outside is also very dependent on how much light pollution you have, street lamps, etc,.
