Poor quality and customer support
Very poor quality. Pictures are taken after 5 months of using the chairs (it’s only my husband and I living in the house so just us two using the chair when we having dinner in the evening). Really poor customer service. I have reported to the seller and asked for replacement. He refused. He offered me a £10 refund… joke… I wouldn’t recommend. This is my first negative review which I’ve ever done but I feel like I had no choice after how my issue was dealt with.

Poor quality
After 2 months the housing for the screws could no longer support the screws meaning the legs were unstable. Chairs could not be used. Company response was to tell me to wrap the 4 chairs up and take to post office ..ridiculous
