DOESN'T WORK
This item states it is compatible with iPhones but it's not!!! I bought it for my parents so they could listen to music together while on a flight. They just got around to trying it out on their recent trip and it didn't work. When they returned, I tried it on my iPhone and it still didn't work. This is false advertisement and it's a piece of junk. I'm outside of my return date and now cannot receive a refund for merchandise that doesn't work. Granted, it's only $7.99 but it's the principle! Save yourself the hassle and do not buy this item!

Useful product.
Bought as a replacement for a previously split piece. So these have a limited life. But is a useful product hence purchased this again. Any suggestions of better quality similar product

A must have for Newer iPhone and motorcycles
A must have for the newer iPhone when needing to charge as you listen. Pretty stout build. I connected it to a 3' standard USB, cord and heat-shrink-tubed it on tight. Great for my motos!

non working as advertised
This item does not work as advertised to charge and listen at the same time.

Great Customer Service
Bought one of these and it worked well for about 6 months, then one night the charger side quit charging. Tried it on several power cables and Apple devices without success.Contacted vendor and 3 days later I had a replacement.Great customer support. Was surprised how fast the replacement showed up.New cable works as expected.Update - the replacement cable worked for about a week and stopped charging my iPhone....again. This is not a quality product and I would not buy again.

"When" it works, it's great!
I ordered one in early January of 2022. After use, the original converter I have started to not charge but the audio worked. So it lasted about 10 months (still under a year). I guess I'll order a few of these things because it's a needed conversion for me. "When" it works, it's great! guess it's a good business model to have me keep ordering. That's why I give it 3 stars
