I love this product
I love this product. It definitely keeps my desktop clean. Will be ordering one for my laptop in the near future. I recommend this product for those who use their computers daily.

Would not update
Did not work on my laptop then my laptop shut would not start

It WORKS!
My laptop and Kindle both went dark at the same time because my IP # had been hacked. I plugged this in and presto, they came to life. Be aware, if you need the free tech assistance, you will get a very professional sales pitch on buying their service. Just prepare to say no.
