2023 Update: I still have this pill keeper and it still works great after 24/7 daily/nightly use for two years now. No issues with the lids coming off or anything. I love this thing so much, it's so durable.I have to take a lot of medications and these disc shaped keepers actually hold more pills than the generic base sized pill keepers you might buy at the store. They are also WAY easier to open (especially easy on my sore carpal tunnel hands), but yet they stay closed REALLY well when in my purse at the same time haha. The generic pill keeper I had before would always pop open and spill out my meds all the time, but it would also be hard to open at times, which doesn't make any sense lol. The main case you store them all in also stays closed really well, but is also easy to open. I think maybe it's the style of the closure mechanism. The side ends of the main case are smooth too, so you can stand the whole thing up vertically with no issues of it falling over at all if you need to store it vertically somewhere. The discs fit well into the main case too, not too tight or too loose, they are a perfect fit. I really love that I can just take one to a few of the discs with me in my pocket or purse when I'm away from home for a day or a few days too in order to save space. The single discs are also way more discreet when I'm out than whipping out a whole week long pill keeper container too. It's very sturdy/well made and has held up super well so far (I got it 2 months ago).The ONLY problem I have with this pill keeper is that I think the color used for thursday should be switched with the one for friday so the colors transition down the rainbow more accurately. The friday color is a more greenish blue and that belongs next to the green, not the purple. That is just the artist in me complaining though lol.Overall I freaking love this thing, so much so that I even bought my elderly mother one for her meds too. She has bad arthritis in her hands (and carpal tunnel) and she can use this thing very easily, and she loves it just as much as I do. She agrees on the color switching suggestion too haha.

The compact and neat shape is easy to pack for our mother's needs. Easy to open and close, clearly defined for day and night. We do wish we found one that covers use for three (3) times a day though.

I've use many different types of pill organizers over the years and so far these are the best I've used.I have to take medication several times throughout the day and these work great for my needs.PROS- Compact- Sturdy- Can easily put in your pocket or purse- Can organize by day and night- Can buy several of these in other colors if you need more.- Different colors for each day of the week- First 3 letters of the day of the week printed on the sideCONS- Would be nice if these came in a "slightly" larger size (just 1/4" to 1/2" would be great).I take medication 4 times a day and all of the other pill organizers weren't nearly as easy to travel with if you need to. I bought the pink one for my pills that I take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (sunny side) and then the other side (night side) for the pills I take with breakfast. I also bought the Cyan colored one for my afternoon (sunny side) and bedtime (night side). It's super easy to organize them.

Colorful, easy to handle, and saves so much space. Is nice that I can take a single day with me when traveling.

These are great. Easy to fill. Easy to use. The case is compact and strong. Each pill case is a separate container. Great for putting one in my purse or just taking a few with in my luggage on shorter trips. I bought two so I could fill two weeks worth of medications and vitamins.

This is great to stay organized daily and make sure you take all your medications or vitamins. Also, very helpful when you travel! I like it divided day and night time options and came in separate case to store.

I love this pill box. There are 7 round removable days with compartments for AM and PM and each one holds many pills. It looks so nice setting on my counter that I never put it up. It's also a great one for travel. Pick this one up, you won't be sorry!

I researched a lot of cases and this one fits my needs just right! It's very sturdy, fits larger pills (see pics), isn't an eye sore, and is convenient. I like how I can take the days I need instead of all of them, should I have to bring them with me somewhere. I showed size references in my pictures.

Love this, great idea, well made, you can remove a certain day or two or keep the week together in its black pod like capsule. Each day has am and pm sections and the space can hold a decent amount of pill. Definitely worth the money!

Purchase this a few years ago, still using it, excellent especially the morning and night compartments, easy access and love how each day has a single little day and night container within the larger container. Easy to take traveling. Love the colours, so cute.

Fantastic compact pill box for morning/night users. Plenty of room for large tablets and ideal for travel and overnight stays. Would highly recommend!
