Soy..No Problem
Note: some of this product contains soy. I am notable to use soy. You will find soy in the shake itself as well as the multivitamin. However Herbal Life does sell a formula with out soy. I didn't know any of this when I purchased the product. I did not return I decided to substitute.1. I take the cell activator supplement as reccomend (no soy) .2. The multivitamin (soy) is taken three times a day.Replaced with a gummy vitamin taken three times a day.3. I drink the herbal tea (no soy) as recommended.4. The protein shake (soy) is instructed two a day.Replaced with a "Purely Inspired Organic Protein"I gave the soy shake to my husband.I am pleased to say I am down 20lbs with changing it up that way. It has been slow but ok with that.I am using as instructed but not using all the products.Hopefully this helps if you can't use soy. It's still possible to mix these up and lose weight!
