Let me start off by saying what you get is great just be aware that you are not getting the same things that are in the video. There are no wavy tracks and very few straight pieces plus many others that are missing. This would be fine if you could purchase additional pieces but you can't. So their video is very misleading. I have tried to contact the company with several emails, none have been answered. Searched the internet for a phone number but none of them work. Anytime a company cannot be reached it makes me wonder what is wrong with the company. No customer support what so ever. Also, if you want to return it, it must not be opened, well I didn't know it did not have the parts until it was opened. Just shady all around.

Overall, this is a great set and even the grown-ups have fun with it. There are some things that could have been designed better, like the bridge pieces aren’t wide enough to go across the width of the track for some strange reason. But we bought our *second* set this year because after a whole year, our four-year-old son still plays with the construction pieces almost every single day. They are so unique and interesting, I’ve never seen building toys like these. And of course the track and cars are fun too, but the construction pieces offer endless possibilities for stuff you can create.Note to the company - amazing toy, nothing else has held my son’s attention like the Botzees set. We have definitely gotten more than our money’s worth. But for later editions, we hope you can include more straightaway track pieces and fewer “Y” track pieces, and adjust the width of the bridge pieces so they can go over the track!

My 3 year old really enjoys playing with this. I was debating between this set and a similar duplo one, but went with this one mainly because the pieces looks so cute and the price. Another reviewer commented that he/she wish there were more track pieces and I agree! I really wish I can buy more track pieces or another set to expand and that’s the only thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars. The video is misleading because it seems like there’s a lot more track pieces than it really came with (they probably had at least 3 sets or more in that video.

This would be a great product if the train/car worked correctly. Most of the tracks have a hole in them where your child would put one of the coding chips/coins. But it stops or refuels even when a coding chip/coin isn’t in the spot. We tried to space out the tracks with the coding holes and that would work, except with all the shapes and pieces they provide, you only get a handful of VERY short plain track pieces so the train goes for less than 2 inches before it stops/pauses/refuels. It comes with all these shapes to make stuff and for the train to push, but it’s all useless if the train doesn’t work. Not sure why the company wasted time and money on all those extras, but can’t figure out that for this product to work as they advertise the train needs to be better, it needs to come with more plain track and/or they need to provide a plain coding chip that would just fill in the holes so the train wouldn’t think it needed to stop. I reached out to the company thinking maybe my train was defective but they have not responded. I tried again and still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this product or this seller!

Overall I think this is a pretty cool train set. If you have a busy two year olds such as myself to assemble could be a bit much with a super Excited kid by your side LOL. Still manage to enjoy once we got through the battle of setting it up.

My 4.5 yrs old son just love it! He keeps disassemble them and re-assemble it to try different variations. I think it trains him not only STEAM skills but also imagination and creativity. But there is always room for improvements : - (1) it would be great if we can purchase further rail and parts so that we can further expand the railway network; (2) it’s supposed to come with an App but App Store said it’s not available in my location. Pretty awkward, in my opinion.

My grandson loves this train set. I thought it was a little difficult to put together in the beginning. BTW you do need to download the directions. However my grandson loves playing with it and now builds it his way and is having a great time building.

Bought this as my son's big Christmas gift, and it's almost $100. Opened it, put it all together ... But no set of batteries would start the car. We must have tried for an hour. Super disappointing Christmas morning - for how expensive this is, it's frustrating.
