I love this flat iron! It works great on very curly hair. It straightened my hair without frying it. The iron comes with conditioner that's sprayed into the hair while you're using it. It made my hair soft and shiny and easy to comb. The iron is easy to use and has some of the controls (On/off switch and temperature controls) are on the inside of the handle. It has a heavy duty cord and seems built to last. It heats up quickly and stays hot. It comes with a carrying case and is a little heavy. This flat iron is pricier than most but well worth it.

A friend of mine recommended this because they use the same one in their salon. I've searched for a long time and this is the best straightener I've used. Swivel cord prevents knots and kinks and makes it easier to handle. Fabric wrapped cord ensures it will last a long time. Works great on fine thin hair or coarse hair. Heats up in under 30-seconds (I've never timed it). I've burned myself because the tip can get hot - so be sure you touch only the ridges on the front top side of the platic on the outside because the underside plate of the tip gets super hot on the outside plastic housing. This gets pretty close to the scalp, which is great, but be careful you don't burn your scalp, neck, or temples when you're trying to get close to the skin.

I have used it twice, and I can see how I’m getting the hang of it.I wish I had known of this was tool earlier as it’s making a difference on my very damage hair.The smooth texture and look stays longer and there is no need of too much product. Another big scored it’s that dual voltage as I travel a lot.

This is the second one I have purchased. I broke the oil reservoir on the first one and it is really better for your hair to use the hot oil with steam. I live in a humid state and have lots of natural wave in my hair, and this styling tool is great to straighten my thick, wavy hair.

The straightener works like a dream. I had this iron before but unfortunately left it on on of trips to Canada. The iron is perfect for straightening as well as curling and making the long loose waves that I love. The coolest feature was that it came with the argan oil that I have ran out of with my last iron. The Perks of this was the 4 blowdrying cylindrical brushes that it came with! I can now get closer to the root of my hair when blow drying my bangs. I much prefer the ceramic plates over the titanium plates, since they don’t pull on the ends of my hair. I would definitely purchase again if needed! (Hopefully it won’t be for a while!)

I absolutely love this flat iron!! I am African American and have hair that falls almost to my waist and is wavy. Normally it takes me 30 minutes to straighten my hair bc my normal flat iron does not get the job done very quickly. I have to keep straightening and straightening. When my beautician first used this iron on my hair it literally took her half the time and I was so amazed. I had to have it!! She reluctantly told me she would purchase one for me from her distributor (bc why would I need her if I had my own, lol) but at the cost of $270. So as she was flat ironing my hair, I caught the name of the iron out of the corner of my eye, went home that day, found it on Amazon for $60 something and received it in the mail a week later. LOL!!! I love how straight my hair gets. I have read that people have had issues with the oil spilling, well one way to stop that is to make sure you have the rubber stopper in place. Its pretty tight so the oil isnt going to spill if its put in properly. Also, no burns on my hair and no funky smell!!! I love it!!!

**UPDATE on November 2019* I’ve had this flat iron just shy of 3 months. In the beginning it was AWESOME! The last two week the iron has been leaking the Aegean oil. It comes out on a black color and sticks to my hair making it hard and breaking off!! I had read other reviews where they talked about how the iron started Leaking but I wanted to try the iron as my hair is very dry. I’m very disappointed. Spent a lot of money for this to not work in a short span of less than 3 months. I recommend don’t waste your money. Not worth it! ****Original Review: August 2019**My hairstylist uses a similar flat iron. She used it on my hair the last time I was in and it was incredible! I knew I had to hop onto Amazon and purchase one. The reviews on this one are pretty good, and I really wanted on that used Argan oil (not just water) and found this one. Its AMAZING! My hair has never looked sooo good! I have really dry hair due to breakage and over processing. I couldn't do a thing with styling and had to wear it in a bun most days... this changed my life! Its seriously AMAZING! The best part is that it comes with multiple Argan oil refill bottles. Definitely worth the extra $!! If you are looking for a hair flat iron/steamer this is the one! I am crossing my fingers it doesn't start to leak or anything.. I will update if that happens but as of right now this is the BEST!

i was upset at first to receive the steamliner without the organ oil and to unexpected extra boarder fees but seller fixed the problem for the missing oil bottle.Cortex Professional Steamliner Vapor Iron leaves hair shinny witout looking greasy. Realy like it and it smells great!I had multiple curling irons and streighteners that i gave away after trying the Cortex. With a wrist movement, i can create different sizes of curls, or simply streight hair. i highly recommand it.For canada buyers, please note that you should expect an additionnal 35$ fees for the boders, on top of the shipping fees

Je suis coiffeuse et je cherchais un fer à vapeur équivalent au Steampod de L’oreal, qui serait moins encombrant, moins dispendieux et moins gros aussi...... J’ai fait beaucoup de recherche et j’ai découvert la gamme Cortex-USA!!!J’adore Ce fer professionnel qui vient d’un Distributeur de Floride!!! La vapeur a l’huile d’argan sens légèrement et l’odeur Est douce.Le seul bémol a 450 degré c’est vraiment vraiment trop chaud... je suggère de ne pas dépasser 410 degrés.Le résultat est lumineux, les cheveux son d’une douceur incomparable, sans frisotis et vraiment impressionnant comme fer à lisser!!!Les cheveux son intact le lendemain matin!!!
