Game changer!
I call this the game changer as it has radically changed my skin for the better. Follow the instructions as it is potent, but I've grown to love the slight tingle as my skin is super smooth and healthy because of it. I have a sensitive, combination skin, and it is healthier and more settled than its been since my early 20s! No more face mask breakouts, and I think my other products (serum and moisturiser) get absorbed better after using this. Won't go without it!!

My skin stung (it isn’t sensitive)
This isn’t a great product. My skin is combination but it stung and made me get a rash. I’m a therapist so have used similar products to this, but wouldn’t recommend.

Great Multitasking Face Wash
I always love a multitasking product and this is what you get with this Dermaworks Glycolic Acid Face Wash. Firstly, it is a deep cleanser which removes make up, dead skin cells, oil and any impurities that your skin may have and then prepares your skin for the next step of your skincare regime. It’s also skin smoothing and age defying (something which really appeals to me!) It helps to reduce the appearance of scars, blemishes and dark spots and gives you a more even skin tone.I find it very effective in cleansing in a far deeper way than most cleansers do. All I do is put about three pumps of the foam on my dry face and gently massage it in. The instructions say to leave it on for about 30 seconds and use it two or three times a week to start with. The idea is that you increase it up to about 90 seconds and then you use this once a day. After the correct time I then rinse this off and follow with serum and night cream. I always use this at night and I make sure that I use a moisturiser with sunscreen the following day. I strongly suggest that you read all the instructions and do just as it tells you to do at the very minimum. Also just pay attention to how your skin feels because, as it is powerful, you need to treat it with respect. That’s not to say that there’s anything scary about it, it is just a case of knowing your own skin and being a little patient to start with.As I say, it is very effective at cleansing and my skin does seem to glow and look really healthy and hydrated. I am not at the point of using it every day as yet but even just using it three times a week I can definitely notice a difference. I think the price seems fair for what is obviously a quality product and it definitely ticks a lot of boxes.

Worth it
I am using this face wash from last 3 days and I can see my skin is more softer and getting bit clear but after the cleanser I am also using vitamin C serum and nice moisturizer at night. Which is giving me really good result.

doesn't do anything
I have used it now for about 2 weeks and haven't noticed any difference. The foam itself seems to just disappear almost as soon as it touches my face so can't really tell where it's been applied. It certainly doesn't apply the way the picture suggests it should, at least not with the 3 pumps suggested on the bottle. There is a mild tingling sensation and the smell is very subtle but very chemical.I didn't feel like I was cleansed after using it, felt like I still needed to clean my face, I struggle to see how this claims to be an exfoliator as there was no noticeable exfoliation taking place....either at time of use or over time.Skin was very dry after use and I had to use a more intensive night moisturiser to compensate.I have sensitive skin, a little acne and rosacea and aside from the mild tingling I noticed no adverse effects, nor any improvement.£26.50 at the time of ordering, very expensive for a foam wash. Makes a lot of claims while giving few results.

Not a fan
I’ve been using this for two weeks nearly and I haven’t seen much of a difference at all.I have spotty/combination skin and I didn’t see them reduce when using this. There’s definitely a tingling sensation when applied to the skin too regardless of how sensitive it is. It also doesn’t smell all too pleasant. Don’t use anywhere near your mouth because I found it caused irritation. Not bad, but for the price I would expect to see a little difference.

Frequent use freshens skin up & gives a dewy glow
I used to use glycolic acid moisturisers but they got too expensive to keep buying. I have oily-combination skin and this is my first time using this in a face wash. I've been building up use for a few weeks now and I've got to say I'm liking the results: I feel like my skin is glowing a lot more and I'm usually very critical of beauty products.Pros:• Seems effective: my skin genuinely looks a lot fresher and dewy (not in an oily way either) and I've been using less concealer as a result• Clear instructions: if you're new to glycolic acid it says to only use the product for 30 seconds 2-3 times a week and build up to 90 seconds daily• Cleans skin: skin feels squeaky clean after washing the product off with warm water. It seems to really get into the pores• Feels nice: a couple of pumps gives you enough foam product to lather and massage into your skin. It feels nice and tingly whilst waiting for it to work• No sensitivity: so far I've had no issues at all with breakouts or dryness• Good ingredients: contains lactic acid for an extra antioxidant boost, and other beneficial plant-derived ingredientsCons:• Ingredients are only on the box, not the bottleSo overall I'm really impressed with this so far. I make sure to use hyaluronic acid every other day just to boost my moisture and ensure my skin doesn't get irritated from over-use, but even though I've built up to using this product for 60 seconds every day now my skin is dealing with it well. Even though it's pricey I'd recommend it, it's a better value way to get these acids exfoliating your skin than other methods like serums and moisturisers. Really like it and think the foam will last ages as a little goes a long way.
