I purchased a couple of these many years ago to get rid of blackheads on my face. I use the smaller end and it works great. Sturdy, long lasting metal. Eventually, the metal end gets weaker and will break (of course I won’t rule out the fact that I may be pushing too hard on it). I just purchased five more so I will have backups. These will most likely be around longer than I will but I want to be sure to have them on hand in case they become unavailable in the future. I highly recommend this product. I give it 5 stars.

This is the best way to get rid of a blemish. The old fashioned way will damage your skin. If you have hyper-pignentation like me, doing the old fashioned way, will just leave you dealing with it for two years, because it left a dark scar that takes two years to fade. I used this to noavail at first. Then I watched some YouTube videos and saw how a dermatologist was using one on his patient. After two more tries I got it. Now it's easy. No more pain, no more scarring, just blemish-free skin. Btw, using Olay retinol night lotion helped prevent pimples from forming. I rarely get them now.

Beauty is pain, but hey it works! Pretty easy to use and cleans pretty well, I have a little trouble removing my blackheads, but that’s probably just because I’m a man. I definitely feel prettier though!
