45 count, NOT 60 - small size
the title, item details, description and more say 60 count - which is NOT TRUE! the item sent is count 45 only - and comes in basic colors. think 8-pack of crayons -light and dark pinks, purples, blues then one each of red, yellow, orange, green - either 5 or 4 of each color (see pic).I paid (with tax) 3.38 for 60, when I should have paid 2.54 (3.38x.75) for 45.note: these are a smaller size and will NOT fit on on an adult-sized wrist. these are meant for a smaller amount of hair and not an adult--sized full head of hair.
