Fast repair on dry materials and it is watertight.

I used this on my old corrugated asbestos garage roof. Gave it a good clean, filled any big holes with fibreglass and flashbanded the edges. Worked perfectly, no more leaks. It's very thick going on, I used a fence painting brush on an extension pole to apply. The big tin was just enough for a 5m x 3m roof. Much cheaper than replacing the roof, hoping it will give me another 5 years or so.
