This is a must-buy for passing the FE - Electrical & Computer Exam
This is a fantastic resource. I passed the FE – Electrical & Computer exam on my first attempt. The only purchased materials that I used to prepare for the exam were the official NCEES Practice Exam, and the three Practice Exams and Study Guide by Wasim Asghar. The approach taken by Mr. Asghar for these books was perfect for something like the FE Exam. There is no text, explanations, or fluff. What you get with these four books is about 730 problems in total, which sharpen the skills needed to excel on the FE Exam. In addition to the Asghar materials, I also sprung the $200 for the Lindeburg book, and I literally only opened it once. Lindeburg's approach is to teach all of the concepts and theories, but the FE exam is taken by engineers who have already learned this material. What we need is an extensive set of problems with good solutions to get re-acquainted with the material, and Wasim Asghar's books provide just that.I personally supplemented these books with a few good YouTube channels to fill in some gaps that I had (Raiya Energy Academy for Electrical & Computer concepts, Gregory Michaelson for Probability & Statistics and Engineering Economics). Add to that the incredible customer service provided by Mr. Asghar, and purchasing these books becomes a no-brainer. On multiple occasions I emailed Mr. Asghar with questions that I had on certain problems and he replied within a day with an explanation, and detailed, handwritten solutions. He even emailed me on the day of my exam to ask me how it went, and then followed up with me when I received my results, with suggestions on the next steps, getting registered with the board, and beginning preparation for the PE exam. All of that being said, please don’t think that the FE exam is going to be exactly like these problems. The problems on the actual exam are stated in a much more abstract way than they are on these books. The problems in Wasim’s materials are stated in a straightforward way, where you know exactly what the problem is asking. Think of these problems as drills, exercising the skills needed to execute on the actual exam. If you master these materials, you will have all of the tools needed to perform on the exam. On exam day, you will need to use your engineering judgment and critical thinking skills to interpret the problem statements, weed out the un-necessary information, and determine which “tool” in your toolbox you need to use for the problem. But, Wasim Asghar’s materials absolutely provide you with all of those tools.

Passed on the first try ( December 18/2021)
I passed on the first try when I took the test on December 18/2021. Here is what I did :1- I took the online course by Wasim2- I bought Wasim's FE latest edition study guide.3- I bought all the three practice exams by Wasim. For the first couple months, I watched the lectures in the online course in conjunction with solving the problems in the study guide. This will help you refresh the concepts and give you very good insight on what to expect on the exams. He really did a good job covering the exam material in the lecture and the study guide. After that, please purchase all the three practice exams and solve through them. Please make sure you understand the concepts in Wasim's practice exams and the study guide. DON'T memorize the problem. You can expect the same concept Wasim covered, and hence similar type of questions. As long as you understand the concept without memorizing the solution and the problem, you will be in good shape.

I found other AMAZING sources in amazon regarding to continue my study
I just got my result today and passed. YAAYY. I have been out of school for more than 10 years. After these years, It was a little bit hard to sit behind my desk and start to read university`s books and notes. So, I decided to warm up myself with buying the NCEES FE Electrical and Computer Practice Exam and solving the problems just by using the NCEES reference book. For sure, That is not enough because this book has only 100 questions and really easier than the real exam. After that, I found other AMAZING sources in amazon regarding to continue my study. "Wasim Aghar`s Pracitice exam books #1,#2,#3. I do not want to talk about some typos or some solutions that are different from what you have in your mind. I want to say, with these books, You will absolutely learn to use your only reference in exam day, "NCEES REFERENCE BOOK". Make story short, I just read Wasim Aghar`s practice exam book for three times. I was asking my questions via email and Wasim was answering me in less than 10 hours. I know he is really busy. Please note, those were my resources and my manner to pass the exam. You can also use other Wasim`s materials like online courses or guide books and so on. I am looking for Wasim`s PE guide for my PE study.Thank you Wasim for helping me to get this result.

Very Good Resource
I recently graduated with an electrical engineering degree, so many of the topics I learned in my undergraduate classes were still fresh in my mind, but there are many topics in the FE exam that I had not studied for a few years. This practice exam almost perfectly recapped ALL the topics I learned throughout the last 4 years, and it made studying for the FE exam extremely easy. This book is one of the only resources I used for studying and I managed to pass the FE exam on the first attempt. I highly recommend this as a resource for passing the FE exam.

PASSED THE FE ELECTRICAL AND COMPUTER
I loved this book. I used it along side the NCEES practice test. Also used ChatGPT to get refresher on subject if I couldn’t complete a problem on my own before going to solution. If you are taking this test my advice is contrary to what you hear most often and I passed on my first attempt. This could be coincidence but I would like to share.I did not kill myself trying to understand the subjects I was bad at in school because they are on this test. I would strongly recommend against this strategy of study.I looked at the questions that had the most problems on the test the NCEES book gives you a range how many problems. So I really leaned into my strong subjects in school with the largest # of questions and then worked my way from there. For me Computer and signals were my weak spots but circuits, power, electromagnetism and electronics were all my favorites/ where my career landed.
