The approved textbook for the new OCR 2-year A-level course. We use this alongside kerboodle - the printed book is expensive compared with online access, especially considering how frequently courses change nowadays, but it's convenient to be able to flick through a paper book or read it without having to be sat at a computer. The quality and level of difficulty of problems in the book varies a bit, but most of the explanations seem clear enough and, whilst there are typos like every textbook that's produced in a hurry for a new course, it's much better in this respect than some other books we've used. The "Year 1 and AS" book has a few problems that are not in this book.

My teacher recommended we buy this book and it is great. It has all the content for both years in so you don't need to buy two separate e books. It also has questions at the end of each chapter for revision. If you are doing A-level Physics this book is great for if you want a better understanding and better grade. The condition was excellent and the book itself is in great quality.
