I needed a new hand held printer for barcoding product for my business and I found this one, where the most advanced features I have ever seen. Out of the box, this device is made rock solid. Nothing cheap at all about this one, where the buttons, ports, touch screen, app features, and ink cartridge is the very best I have ever used. The software is top notch, it is even software updatable. The editor is flawless, works perfectly for size and including width and height of the text. Adding number sequence and bar code printing is very crisp where my hand scanner works perfectly with it, and actually recognizes the bars faster than the label type bar coding I was using before. On top of many editing features, it also has storage, where i have saved some of my prints right onto it, without any external memory devices. There is an option to plug USB drive, and it will read images, or text right from the drive perfectly and fast loading too. Now for printing, it will print on any flat surface, no matter what the type of surface it is. I was just going to send images for this review, however, images was just not enough for this one, where I including a video, boasting some of its features and showing the printer on some hard to print surfaces. However, the main point for me, is the flawless printing over and over without error. No partial bar lines, no fading of certain characters, no bleed offs, just perfect print, every time. This is also a low maintenance device. There are no separate jets, or hardware where once the ink runs out, just replace the cartridge and thus a brand new print head is built into the cartridge...leaving no actual maintenance cost other than buying the ink once it runs out. However, this cartridge is equal to an xl cartridge where it holds a lot of ink, where I have yet to run out. The cartridge is easy to get, always get the name brand, prices are good, and this type of device tends to be picky about refillables and never worth the head ache....where I have been down this route before. The touch screen is not a cheap screen, it is very high resolution, touch screen is high sensitive type where it is the hard screen and not the cheap flat membrane types, where this utilizes the highest quality type of screen a device can have...where it is a joy to use. Every press of the screen, provides instant access to a menu, and the computer must be high powered, because nothing takes more than a 1/2 second to go from screen to screen, even when it comes to caching the print job, its instant on spooling the print jobs. I do like the option of pressing PRINT, and then every press of the trigger sends the print head a new print to print. The flow is smooth, and glides along with the rollers perfectly. I never seen anything print this smooth before ever. The whole device feels light, where I can easily use all day without tiring my hand or arm. The designers of this device, took their time, and I could not find a single thing that did not work to my satisfaction...where there are no cons, just very happy with the purchase.

Does not work on poly bags, ink gets all over does not print information at all. Works well in hard surface..

Every day at the office remarking about 100 boxes printing on labels done sticking on the box information how many boxes and what inside and plus SKU numbers what is this amazing inject portable wireless printer no I will life much more easier this printer comes with large screen and lots of functions inside you can easily type text that you need pick a font and style and print everything right away. If you need a special design for example logo it’s easy to save on USB drive and upload directly into the printer beautifully made case with additional cables and rollers for the belt you can set up on automatic press and print boxes on conveyor. Is it delaut a cartridge all details listed in manual including is safety and best structure how to use it for sure in cost a lot but honestly when you saving a labor time in your production 10 times faster which is really great. The sprinter comes with charger and battery life so long whole week was enough on one charge. Prints Clean invisible even on cheap cardboard or plastic.That’s in your great toy in our office now everyone Waiting online to use it

This printer is great! the only downfall for me is that I needed it for a very thin surface. less then 1/4 inch. the printer has a trigger wheel what has to be turned in order for it to print. I had to find a way to trigger it without being able to touch the printing item.

This is actually my 2nd purchase of this hand held printer. we have been using the 1st one for about 8 mos and its been perfect. We found so many uses that it made sense to buy a 2nd. Saves the time, energy and labor to print box labels. Program in the unit code and hit print, that's it! Ink is a little pricey but i have to share we were shocked at how long it lasted. Battery lasts for a few hours and we charge/use on the fly. Thousands of boxes were printed on the 1st cartridge so I feel like we got our monies worth. It also comes in an awesome hard metal storage case, with quite a few attachments so my vote: Definite thumbs up.
