Great tasting easy to use and effective
Easy to use, great tasting powders that really work. I tried the programme for 7 days and lost 3lbs that I'd been struggling to lose just by dieting alone. I had fewer cravings and found it easier to control what I ate, as well as reducing portion size.I did slightly sabotage myself at first by thinking 'I'm taking a diet aid, I can probably get away with having a takeaway'. Not so! For the best results you do have to consider your diet and not treat it like a miracle cure - work with it and you'll really enhance the effects. I'd definitely order again.

Great Taste
Great taste, easy to use, didn’t lose a pound in two weeks, but it did discipline me to eat at meal times only. So, since this , with a good diet I have been able to lose weight, so swings and roundabouts really!

There were only 8 capsules in the tube and so far 2 out of the 17 sachets were empty
There were capsules missing and so far 2 sachets were completely empty

It worked
The reviews were good I so I thought I'd give it a go. I have only been taking it for 4 days but thought I'd weigh myself to see if anything had happened and I had lost 2lbs. Will definitely order another pack.

Too much potch
The flavour was ok but it was too much hassle. Having to drink so much when you don't feel.like drinking.

Update: worked better
The flavour was good and the process was easy to follow. Did help me loose 4lb in a week which is great and a good start to weight loss.

The product has not worked for me, very disappointing
I wanted to loose weight, however it did not work for me despite doing exactly what I was supposed to do.So disappointed

Unbelievable results!
This product does exactly what I needed it to for myself and my fiancé, we have our wedding coming up and needed something to kickstart our weight loss and get motivated and wow did this product do that! I lost 4 pounds in the first week and my partner lost 5. It’s helped us stay on track for our first month back on the diet. I felt so much more full and my weakness is my sweet tooth so I found my cravings were highly reduced and it tasted lovely too! I will definitely be buying this product again and recommending it to friends.
