Q: Is this machine washable?

No it's made of rubber basically. Even though I had it sewn on my top, I wouldn't put it through a washing machine. Hand was only.

Q: Any ideas on how to make it a grand admiral?I need to make a few of them yellow

I can only offer advice. I suggest that you invest in some hobby materials to make some yellow. The item is a soft plastic mold. Probably you could use a plastic undercoat, some modelling masking tape and acrylic model paint colors (as required Silver, red, blue and yellow) and a clear or dull cote spray to secure the paint job. That's what I would try. Take your time and it should have a good result. I build WW 2 plastic model tanks and can get some good effects with paint and masking tape. Good Luck.

Q: Is this machine washable?

I have not done that. I wash it in warm soapy water in the kitchen sink when needed. It is a rubber type material and pretty sure it would be damaged in machines.
