There is nothing to dislike about this product. From order date, shipped in a reasonable time. No damage. All parts were inside the boxes. Take the time to fill with sand. You will then have a solid base. Important: Place base where you want it. Once filled with sand not easy to move the base. You can sit and push with your legs to move it little by little, so place it where you want it. The extra cover you can buy will add life to your umbrella. The adjustable arm will give you incredible shade OVER your pool area, keeping you shaded and not burnt while enjoying being in the pool. I love it !

Seems sturdy

Bought the umbrella. A small delivery problem, first shipment got lost. Customer service was great, when notified, they immediately shipped out another. I returned to buy the cover and had it in a few days.Love both products. Recommend getting cover, a bit of a challenge to put on if you’re short like me. But worth it to protect the umbrella.

Liked the stability and ease of operation. Heavy to move once erected.

Nice cover for winter/rainy weather

This first day of use it failed to withstand 13mph winds. The entire umbrella hyperextended just like in the cartoons. I am so disappointed I wasted good money on a cheap product. Just like a dislocated knee or shoulder the umbrella’s frame has been compromised and most likely will no longer withstand even a light breeze.

Upon receiving our umbrella, we had put it together and first time opening it. There was a piece missing, and now we are unable to use it as it is a piece that attaches the umbrella to the stand.
