This does the job
This is a wonderful glycerin based tincture. It taste like honey. My only suggestion is to not rely upon it too much. It will leave you a bit hung over in the morning if you use it for sleep and take a little extra.

Seems to help me sleep.
The stuff tastes like chamomile extract -- not surprising considering that both are made from flowers. Seems to have a mild calming effect like chamomile, too. The effect isn't very strong and won't sedate you or make you feel groggy.
