Much better than the 'organic' ones.

Pad surface is too thick
The pad surface is much too thick to be used within the brakes.Mounted in the calipers, with pistons fully retracted the brake rotor is clamped against the pads and stops the wheel rotating.This happens on SRAM Force and SRAM Level brakes.They might be cheap, but that is no good if they can't be used.
