Dell KM5221W Pro 2.4GHz Wireless Keyboard with 12 Programmable Keys and 3 Button Optical Mouse Combo - Black

First of all, The packing of the product was awesome. Packed inside 3 boxes (1 from Amazon and 2 from Dell). Product shipped was brand new. Batteries Included (Duracell 2AAA and 1AA) The Keyboard is a bit small, compared to my old Logitech keyboard. Mouse is a standard size mouse. This keyboard has Num, Caps lock indicators on-screen and the Num, Caps lock light on the keyboard fade in the Keyboard fade in 6 seconds to save battery. This keyboard also has a battery health Indicator as well which I am happy about. The Keyboard is a bit silent, Mouse clicks could have been silent, It has slightly loud clicks. Overall a really good product, Price could have been less. Should now see how long this lasts.

Writing this review after using it over 18 months now. Ever since i bought, this is my daily driver. As a research student i type a lot. Nothing to complain about the ergonomics and all but if given a choice at this price point i would choose the one without number pad where i can travel around with it. Earlier i was thinking of logitech k 380 but the circular buttons are not so comfortable for me atleast. Spaeking about the mouse, its just an average one. Not so good in my opinion.

The first two images are a proof that the product was untouched till I received it at my end. I am considering the faulty mouse click button is Dell's manufacturing fault as the packing from Dell only was not tampered from anywhere, it was fresh! KEEPING THIS ISSUE ASIDE, the product I recieved is in working state. I am keeping it. Both click keys on mouse are working. Keyboard is working as well. I had re-ordered this product because the first time I received it tampered and faulty as well. Note: The Click key is simply LIFTED UPWARDS (not expected & not a good thing from Dell though) NOT BROKEN, this during this time period, I can not waste any further days on reordering the same product just because of such blunder faults. Keyboard is Best and with all function keys but mouse found faulty and not working...

By far the best keyboard and mouse I've used in my life, it's silent, customised keys make it a great typing and clicking experience you can have. I bought this for ₹ 2750, little higher price to pay for a keyboard and mouse combo, however I've no regrets, this is actually worth every penny.

Initially ordered Logitech mk345 but the keyboard was sometimes lagging, so returned it and purchased this dell product with 3 years of warranty with exchange program.Have been using it for more than a month and as of now working fine.Did not face issues or lag while using it almost 10 hrs per day. Mouse is good for bigger hands as well.

Reviewing this after a year almost. The mouse performance is ultimate. Erganamic and good for daily usage. Wireless connectivity is good for both mouse and keyboard. Haven't faced any disconnectivity. However the keyboard, + The keys are quiet + The keys are placed with proper spacing + Few shortcut keys are really helpful + The first batteries used are still functional - The keys often get stuck in its position. If you hit the keys in the edge around during fast typing at times they get stuck. This will be annoying at times that you will be wondering your keyboard disconnected. For example if control key get stuck then you can't type. - Doesn't have a palm rest which could be useful on small desks - The spacebar also seems got loosen over time - This keyboard will die if you use it for gaming since frequently used keys are very much prone to be get loosen and stuck in its position

Overall this combo is amazing A little con is that the mouse is bit heavy Also u can't use it for gaming I don't do gaming so good for me The spacebar key is little lose But there is no effect of it while typing ... Rather it feels ergonomic

Cet ensemble est clairement prévu pour une utilisation sur laptop. Sinon, prévoir un câble d'extension USB car le signal du combo risque d'être trop faible.

Got this for our home office and it works well.

Pretty happy with it, soft keys, quiet, good signal. Not easy to find a good ANSI keyboard in Germany, so this one is a little bit pricy, but a good one.

I bought 2 Dell KM5221W pro keyboard with mouse but when i received it mouse is missing and other box is has water stains inside. I requested to return the goods and refund my money.

The keyboard has a perfect size, not too small or too big even having numeric keys. I had a logitech before and this one is far better.
