Q: In photos it show 2 different draws does both come with

The Flexzion Cash Box tray has 5 change slots and 4 paper bill slots.

Q: Can this hold 8 1/2 x 11 documents if you remove the plastic cash tray? The dimensions suggest yes, but I'm wondering if anyone has actually tried?

Full 1 subject notebook fits under the tray just fine and the dimensions is 10.5 x 8in. Standard computer printer paper is 8.5 x 11in and it fits just fine. Now if you was planning to put documents in a vanilla filing folder and putting it under the tray then I wont recommend it. It will be a bit to big. At the time of typing this out. I individual tried them just now. If any other questions just ask.
