The item came in as described in the product listing. The quality looks great and this is really the best value for your money if you want to set up a small working space to exercise at home. It comes with a bar which you can mount and extend your regular sized dumbbell bar into a full long bar.

Good quality of material.woth for money But it doesn't come with proper box. Once you Open from Amazon package need to find a place to keep it.

I am happy with the price competitiveness, and it fits my other plastic plates so I didn't have to purchase special plates for it.

Weights are good and sturdy. Doesn't come with a case so transporting them is annoying

Bilanciere ez angolato, utilissimo per esecuzione di esercizi specifici (come una buona french press, o un curl con bilanciere). Il corpo si presenta in acciaio inox con dimensioni circa 120 x 5,5 nel punto di massimo e è un pollice e un quarto di diametro per l'adattamento dei pesi ed un peso approssimato di 5 kg. Buona la zigrinatura e l'angolazione poca accentuata nelle curve. Unico vero punto debole sono i fermi che tendono ad allentarsi spesso, un vero peccato anche se alla fine questo fenomeno non ne compromette affatto l'utilizzo o la sicurezza. Visto il prezzo di vendita posso senz'altro consigliarlo

These don't come cheap but they are the best option for home workouts. Very recommended, but expensive. They are just cast iron, the price is reflecting the home owner need, not the real business value.

Impresionante barra Z. A mí me ha venido con todo el moleteado completo...ahí lo dejo. Peso, calidad, textura/agarre, y sobre todo curvaturas (tanto para aislamientos de biceps como de triceps) excepcionales:)) Y por cierto, como consejo, si usáis discos de 28mm para que estos no desaflojen al ser de un diametro superior a la barra (25mm), una vez apretados con sus 2 collares, apretad tambien al máximo desde los discos (es decir, girando los discos en el mismo sentido de apriete que el collar del lado correspondiente. Así ni se moveran absolutamente nada;)) Para quitar los discos desaflojar primero estos girándolos en el sentido contrario y a continuación desaflojar los collares. !Excelente compra y vendedor!

Needed to do something about the belly and 'love-handles' that appeared over the past 2 years of lockdown! Was thinking of joining a local gym but... you know how that goes. So, decided to invest in these and build up towards my home gym. They were delivered in sturdy cardboard box which can be used to store them when not in use. But, for me, these will always be out on the floor. Otherwise, out of site, out of mind! I've had concrete-filled, plastic ones before but this time wanted cast iron ones which hopefully won't go rusty over time. The bars are chrome plated whilst the weights are finished in a hammered effect, dark-grey paint. Looks professionally finished and of high quality. Other reviewers commented that the screw-locks loosen during use, but I haven't had that problem. Really like the extension tube which converts the two dumbbells into one barbell. Not sure if I would trust loading the full 20kg with the extension bar, though. As well as bent-over-rows, bench presses and fore-arm curls it's possible to place the bar-bell on the floor, slip your toes under it and knock out a few sit-ups. The different weights are ideal for a beginner. Even the hand-bars alone, without any discs, are a good way to start, adding weights as you progress. I've used these daily for the past week and was ready to buy another set. There's always a 'however'. However, the price went up by £10 right after I got my first set. So, just waiting for the price to drop, or until I find another seller with a similar product and better offer. I will be buying another set, a folding bench, and a Straight / EZ Curl bar-bell, all available from the same manufacturer.
