ScruplesQuickseal Detangling Conditioner - Hair Smoothing & Frizz Control Treatment - Conditions & Detangles All Hair Types (33.8 oz)

I have used Scruples Quickseal conditioner for several years now. I have actually purchased this product 7 times from this supplier. However, the product has changed with this last order. I would compare this conditioner to a cheap Suave conditioner, but it is very very thick! I am highly dissatisfied and will NOT purchase anything else from them.

I’ve been using scruples shampoo & conditioner for years now.Im disappointed with my recent order of the quick sealIt’s now very thick and not like the light weight it use to be.I will check into another brand from here.Will no longer purchase scruples.

The conditioner in the bottle I received is not the same Quick Seal Conditioner I have received in the past either through Amazon or my salon. It was much thicker and had a different smell to it. I have noticed that this particular conditioner has been out of stock for many months.

I have purchased this conditioner 11 times from this seller not to mention, numerous times from my salon. This is not the same Quickseal. The smell is different, the consistency is way too thick and even the bottle shaped has changed with my most recent purchase. I don't know if Scruples has changed all its formulas but it's definitely not "improved". Even the Color Renewal conditioner has changed and I purchased that at the salon. Probably going to return this because I bought 2 liters of it. SCRUPLES.... READ THE REVIEWS AND LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I too have purchased this many times over the past years. This time the product is too thick and does not detangle very well. I am not sure why the manufacturer changed the consistency?

This is not the same Scruples formula that was available earlier this year.It looks and smells differently, but more importantly it doesn’t work like the original product.I’m very disappointed, as this is the only product that has consistently worked in the past, for me.

I wondered why when I was using this I still had knots in my hair (which is in really great shape) when I tried to comb it out. Then I was telling my hair stylist about it and she showed me the consistency of her product. Night and day! And there are no knots when she uses hers on my hair. Watered down or not same product. DO NOT BUY!!

The company was sold and changed the formula fist of all the smell is different. That did bother me. The consistency is that of cold cream cleanser which is not how it previously was. The worst part is that the slippery properties that got the knots out without taking half your hair out is gone. Sorry this is VO5 quality! Previous review read onWhile it’s a thinner consistency, it has great slip and works wonders for people with extremely knotty hair. I wake up daily with matted hair and this really makes the knots come out easier than anything I’ve tried.

I just absolutely love this product one of the Best brand names products ever call the mess when you get a good product they change it

This was not Quick seal by Scruples, very disappointed!
