I'm a semi-pro athlete. Managing electrolyte balance is mission-critical for me. I've used Nuun, Precision, Voost, and many many others. By far, the DFH is the best for me. The reason why is because: - it contains 4 of the 5 core electrolytes (missing calcium) - tastes good - no sugar - also has vitamin C - also has helpful things like taurine and D-Ribose which is rare Deltas for me - uses Stevia which upsets my stomach but after 3 months, it hasn't done so - magnesium isn't glycinate; it's malate and ascorbate; I prefer glycinate for pain management - it's a powder...I hate powders as they are super-messy; I prefer a tablet - no calcium - super-expensive The deltas aren't enough for me to not use the product. If you're looking for a "next level" electrolyte, this IMO is one to consider.

Great stuff! My chiropractor/ muscle testing suggested it, along with a vitamin shake, for my daughter with type 1 to try to balance her blood sugars after she was sick. It really helped, a few times now. It has come in handy for more than that. I mix a scoop with a glass of water whenever I start to get a headache and it always does the trick. I use every time my kids are sick now and it really helps. Love this stuff, I have it on subscription.

I ordered this electrolyte powder on December 24th, and it arrived with the inner safety seal completely broken. I requested a replacement immediately. The replacement just arrived, and unfortunately, it has the exact same issue: the protective seal was already unsealed upon opening the lid. I have returned both jars for a refund. Since this happened with two consecutive orders, there is likely a bad batch in stock or a serious quality control issue. It is not safe to consume a health supplement that arrives open. I recommend checking your jars carefully or avoiding this specific listing until the inventory is cleared.

This is some of the best electrolyte powder I’ve ever had. It’s not overwhelming and perfect when I add it into my water bottle with ice, shake and enjoy. I’ve shared it with some other people and they agree. It’s great and are now getting it as well. Of course, I only wish they offered it in a glass not plastic as micro plastics are not fun. I transfer it right away into glass when I get it.

Great electrolytes! I felt a difference pretty quick and the taste was not bad. I liked that it was a very salty taste like other hydration drinks.
