Awesome source of calories. Great value. No flavor so it can be mixed with anything. Do whip it if you don't like oiliness in whatever you mix it in. CAUTION: as with all MCT oils, it can dissolve certain plastic or styrofoam containers so test it if you are not sure of the reaction with a new container you are using. Also, as with other MCT oils, it can cause diarrhea if you increase your daily intake too quickly, especially if taken on an empty stomach. Diarrhea usually happens about 6 to 12 hours later, it comes in quick waves, about six waves and it is completely gone after an hour so don't get scared if it happens!

Great price! Saved a Bulletproof container and decant into that for daily use. This MCT foams nicely when mixed into coffee with an immersion blender. Recommended.
