Odyssey Battery ODP-AGM65 Performance Series AGM Battery

I spoke with Stacy today from Odyssey batteries and it appears there is a discount between my Outlook and their email app. Stacy took my information, apologized for the communication gap, and is sending me a replacement battery. Stacy is what customer service should be, Thank you Stacy! Update: I received a response promptly from Odyssey, Declining my warranty claim, claiming the serial number I provided was not an Odyssey battery and no assistance on where on the battery to find their serial. I have responded with photos of the battery and closeup pics of every barcode serial number I could find on the battery. Waiting on Odyssey response. Bought battery in June 2022 installed it in my 04 WJ and within 6 months the battery was not cranking and starting my jeep. I charged the battery with my AGM charger but the battery would not hold a full charge. I pulled the battery out of the WJ, placed it on my workbench and repeatedly charge the battery with my charger set on AGM to full charge, I leave the battery setting on the work bench and recheck the charge a few days later and the battery repeatedly drops to - 11.3, 11.1 volts. I filed a warranty claim, waiting on Odyssey at this juncture.

This is a brand I trust, exactly what I need for F350 super duty truck, purchased two because the dual batteries must be the same model for balancing. Easy installation. I will order again next time when I need a replacement

I am so happy with this battery no problems so far and that's maybe 3 years old. I will get the same same battery anytime 😊
