Good stuff.
Moved to Florida, and can’t find wasabi in the grocery store. This works.

don't need a lot, but when I use it it is fresh and easy to use.
It stays fresh in the tube, and when making 4 to 6 rolls of sushi I can reseal it and have it be fresh next week.

Hot like fresh wasabi but just in paste form , fresh is better but this paste is pretty authentic.

I have used this brand of wasabi before and it has good strong flavor! A little goes a long way so if you are new to wasabi, proceed carefully. Try just a little bit on your tongue so you understand what you're in for.Great with sushi!

Wish it was bigger in size
We all know this is just a dyed mustard...HOWEVER, the taste is sharp and strong, so just a little dab is required. Works well for me. I have been using this brand for over 4 years now.
