Unsafe and Unsturdy
I am disappointed in this purchase. My 8 year old son picked out this loft bed and was so excited to receive it! It took several hours to assemble with several pieces and screws. After 1 week, screws started coming out! It is very shaky and wobbly. I could hear my son turn over at night with the bed shaking. I was afraid for him to sleep in it! So I took it down. Sadly enough I am out of $300 because the seller requires you to return in original packaging! I threw the packaging out after I put the bed together. And lord knows how you would repack this after you disassemble it. This is a complete disaster. Spend a little more money and get a bed that is safe and sturdy!

Good for a tween
Great for a child or tween otherwise it’s not terribly sturdy or comfortable for an adult or large teen to climb the ladder. The bed is high enough off the ground that you can comfortably put a desk underneath and work. We also separately purchased a pouch to hang over the side to store books, tablet, and phone.Assembly was a two person job and a few pieces were not marked very well so it took us some time to figure out the configuration. All in all my preteen loves it and we’ve had it for three months.

Frustrating
This seems easy to put together HOWEVER after putting it together we realized that our pile 1 and pole 2 were not labeled correctly. Now we need to switch them, that’ll be for another day.

Tall and sturdy
The instructions are not easy to understand, but the bed is nice and sturdy. My daughter loves it. It's pretty tall and doesn't leave too much room, but she's ok with it, she is getting used to it.

Good for the money
My kid loves it. She is 12 years old. The directions to it were trash. If directions were better it would’ve been easier and not as long. But once done, it’s amazing! And a space saver

Great for pre teens
The pre teen loves that she can use this bed with her trundle from her previous bed as a couch underneath. We wanted a tall bunk that had the ladders on ends and didn’t take up floor space in front of bed.

Pain in the ass to assemble!
I can’t fault the manufacturer for it arriving wet (when the package specifically says “do not get wet”), left outside (not delivered to my door), and delivered in the wrong side of my building—that would be Amazon delivery. But, once I got this behemoth inside (2-person lift required would have been nice to know before placing my order), not only did this take me three evenings to assemble, and was difficult to line up parts properly because the holes were just slightly off, or the parts were so similarly drilled that it was extremely difficult to tell when some thing was the right direction or backwards. But, the bearings on the keyboard tray fell apart on both sides and needed to be put back together (which was a HUGE pain in the ass!), and unfortunately could not be just opted to be removed or eliminated, because they were part of the support for the desk. And the construction is so unstable that any time you get into the bed, the entire frame shakes back-and-forth and it’s definitely a falling hazard (especially because the sides of the bed area only just barely come up to the sides of a full size bed. I realize that not everyone would need bed rails, but given how tall it is, and how far off the ground you would fall if you rolled out of bed, you’d think they would at least give it another 6 inches or so up on the sides for safety, or at least give you some optional extenders or something.). And yes, it does come with supports that you can use to tether it to the wall. But they are shoddy at best— unless you’re positioning it in a place in your room where you have access to studs, drywall is not going to hold it. Once we were done assembling it, and it took more than just myself, and I can lift a large amount of weight on a regular basis, there were so many scratches from the rough edges on all of the metal parts in order to get them positioned properly in order to connect them where they needed to be attached, it’s a wonder that I didn’t decide to just repaint nearly all of it. I’ll probably opt to get some touch up marker later to go over it. Oh, and the four main support polls have plastic caps (for the top and bottom of each pole) that don’t fit…they are too small. And don’t forget to buy some additional lighting to go underneath. Christmas lights or string lights, or two lamps (at least). Because after you put the mattress on top, it’s so dark under there that you can’t use the desk functionally without additional lighting. The design looks nice, and it was quite inexpensive compared to other bed frames, especially other loft bed frames. But I would not recommend this product.
