USA Pans 6-Well Popover Pan

You could buy this just to admire it as an object, since it’s so well made, and likely to outlast all of us, but it makes good popovers as well; I used the recipe in Joy of Cooking, somewhat surprised (or, as an American, chagrined) that the manufacturer passed up the opportunity to do some content marketing by providing their own. In any case, popovers are an impressive accompaniment for many a dish and this is a good (and non stick) thing to make them in.

After all of the years using a muffin pan, this pan is amazing !

El problema es que vino en un sobre de plstico delgado sin ninguna proteccion y llego rayyado y si la cobertura que lo hace que no se peguen los panes salida en partes. USA PAN BAKEWARE es 5 estrellas, el envio sin burbujas 1 estrella! Que pena!

I finally found a popover recipe that worked for me and with this very good quality pan, they get very high and beautiful. I expected that I’d get some sticking but, nope, everything came out of the pan clean. I now can serve popovers to my guests that look and taste delicious and the pan makes the difference.
