I purchased this slide-on pet ID tag to stop the jingle noise when my dog moves around at night. I've tried dog tag silencers but they got discolored, broke and fell off.This solved my problem immediately. My pet can move around to his heart's content at night and I can sleep peacefully as well. I highly recommend this slide-on pet ID tag!PROS:- The metal is high-quality stainless steel, it looks and feels very sturdy and long-lasting.- It looks great and doesn't wear off even after months of exposure to rain, humidity, and visits to the dog parks.- Custom engraving/etching is easy to read on the LARGE ID tag- It attaches easily to any collar or harness without sliding around, stays secure, and I have peace of mind because I never worry about it falling off.- The curve helps to keep the collar shape and I'm sure make it more comfortable for my pup when he lays his head down.- The bone shape is cute!CONS (honestly, more of an opinion/personal preference than a con):- Would have liked this in gold since my dog's collar buckle is gold (couldn't find it on Amazon at the time, but now other sellers have it in gold)HELPFUL TIP:- Engraved the word MICROCHIP on your pets ID tag and make sure to update your information.(Long story short, when I first got my dog and before I had this dog tag, my dog got loose and his ID broke off his collar while I was at work. Some neighbors found him and posted "found dog" signs in the neighborhood + online. A handful of people called and said that my dog was their pet. Luckily the neighbors asked the potential dog thieves to describe some unique features to confirm they were the owners... and they couldn't.... Thank goodness! Make it super easy for people to identify and contact you in the event that it ever happens!)

We bought one for each of our two dogs. They attach easily and do not slide around on the collar. They are easy to read and seem to be etched deeper than the previous type we purchased. There is no jingle so they are quiet The dogs don’t even notice them. There are no parts to break or stretch and the metal is sturdy and good quality. I would definitely recommend these name tags. We got the 3/4 inch wide because even though the collar measures nearly an inch wide, there is a very soft border on each edge that easily compressed which helps to hold the tag in place.

I’ve bought so many dog tags and they just don’t sit right. I like the noiseless ones for obvious reasons. I like the metal ones for durability. I’ve purchased maybe five different tags and because we use a leather collar they bunch weird and just don’t fit right. This is perfect. It doesn’t create that weird kink because of the curve. It’s super easy to read. And I have no fear that this will fall off accidentally. I put the microchip ID on the tag and will definitely be buying another when our puppy gets chipped next month.

This tag is great - fits collar perfectly and no more jingling or losing tags that get pulled off the flimsy ring when my dog runs through the bushes. Inscription is easy to read and the tag itself is very sturdy/strong. I will definitely be ordering more.

I had to buy a few that would resist my dog will to hunt squirrels and get into wholes and bushes. This one has be the one that has survived so far and still looks like new! Besides that, it is a clear one that people can see from afar, which is a good thing.
