Beautiful
Very nice shower doors. The glass is thick and heavy, the doors glide very smoothly! The instructions for hanging the doors could be a little clearer. There is a slot in the track the wheels have to go into instructions are vague on this point.

Solid quality, smooth operation, nice finish
I'm very happy with these tub/shower doors. Installation was straightforward, and the instructions are clear and comprehensive. The doors look great, and all of the components (both framing and door panels) have a very sturdy and substantial feel to them. I am very pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the doors roll back and forth with minimal effort.

2 man job but worth it!
We just installed this shower door. I bought it over a year ago and it sat in my garage waiting for my tile contractor to be available. I have written 2 other reviews to bring you up to speed on this product. Quick review, this door is not adjustable in any way so your walls need to be plumb. Secondly, we had issues with the rails, the powder coating finish was somewhat bubbled and since we'd had this a year I was hoping the manufacturer would help us. They were wonderful! Within about 10 days from receiving my receipt of payment, I got our new rails and the whole system went in yesterday. Follow the directions, they are pretty good and do things in order that they tell you. It is a 2 man job however, especially when it comes to installing the very heavy glass doors. Some of the assembly seriously is done in the tub, one person holds the door and the other affixes the fixtures to it. Sounds difficult, but not really. The end result is an amazing very high end shower door. I think it's worth it to even buy this door and have a contractor install it for you comparing the cost and quality to one you can buy at a glass shop, which I did look into. You won't be disappointed buying this door, you will be thrilled and the company, DreamLine has great customer service. If I could figure out how to put a picture to this I would, I'm tech deficient.

Great looking, sturdy doors. Love the look!
Ordered 2, one for each bathroom. Arrived quickly and intact. Very sturdy, great quality of material. Fairly easy to install, My husband and I put them in. We accidentally cut the one top rail to short; called Dreamline and was able to order a new top rail which arrived in a week. Customer service was great! Putting the glass in, much easier if you stand in the tub with the doors. They are heavy so to lift them in place, need to be strong!

Diy lifer
Never arrived broken in transit after 2 weeks. I called Amazon and they had to reorder took another week. Do not start taking the old one out until you receive and check the new one is has arrived in one piece. End result looks very nice

Great product and worth the investment.
I really respect the seller of this product line. They stand behind their product and in my case when I messed up with the installation they were right there to help me to get a new part to complete the installation. My client was thrilled and I am also thrilled. Thanks so much!!! Looks wonderful.

Avoid, or read this review if you want to take a chance.
Overal – Nice looking door, but there’re design flaws and “vague warranty terms”.Obviously the reason I bought that shower door was a small number of good reviews on amazon. When I received the package my bathroom was not ready yet, so I decided just to wobble the box a little to make sure that the stuff inside is in one piece so to speak(if the tempered glass inside would be shattered, I would’ve heard the sound of it). So, it all seemed fine. When it was time to install the doors, I hired two experts. The first thing one of them noticed when he was going through the installation guide and the components in the box, that the installation guide was not detailed enough (read below).THE DESIGN FLAWSSame old style poorly designed bottom rail.Surely, you will find in the installation guide an instruction to cut the bottom rail evenly on each end (eg. If you have to cut 3 inches off, it would be 1.5 from each side). That makes sense, and, what does not - is the guide block that you would have to screw into the predrilled holes in the middle of the bottom rail – and in the end this is gonna be an issue. The installation guide clearly tells you where to silicone the bottom rail, but it does not tell you to silicone the bottom of the guide block to the rail itself. This idea of screwing the guide block to the rail is absolutely pointless – why not make both(guide block and a bottom rail) a one solid piece, so after you install the door, the water won’t be leaking through those holes???????? Although the installation guide does tell you to silicone the exterior perimeter, but can you imagine the water deposits through those holes between the two siliconed parts??? Unbelievable. Luckily the guys I hired knew all that crp in advance, but I was shocked to see a shower door that cost so much would be so cheaply and primitively designed.Second issue is poor sealing. If you like to use the hand shower, and you point it directly at the bottom rail for a moment, prepare to wipe the water from the floor after – it will run under the glass and over the bottom rail and out on the floor.Poorly designed Upper Guide Rail. The images on the installation guide will not show you a very specific part that cold lead to an enormous frustration. The upper guide rail has also a ceiling rail with two cuts in specific parts of it, which means, that you will not be able to get the rollers into the rails unless you position the door correctly under the cuts. What I don’t understand is why couldn’t they just increase the rollers’ diameter and make the rail itself a little deeper? Then the ceiling rail which serves kind of like a secure rail would not be necessary and – oh, yeah, surely the installation of that thing would be a one man job and not two or three men like in my case.If your tub is left sided (means drain and shower unit on the left side), than you either gonna be a bit uncomfortable pushing the outside door when closing/opening it from inside, or, you can close/open the inside door comfortably (when inside), but you have to be more careful when using the shower. Yep. Since there is nothing in the middle to seal the space between the doors, the water will end up splashing through the doors outside. It would be a lot better with a middle bar that would carry replaceable seal strip(s) in between the panels. After all, the entire unit originally retails for $723 (seven hundred and twenty three dollars, can you believe it… wow…)The tempered glass – is treated inadequately/insufficiently.As I said, I didn’t open the box once I got it. Only during installation of the second panel my workers spotted chipped off glass on the second panel. That was it. I had to put the shower curtain back on and contact amazon. The chipped off tempered glass as I figured through a friend of mine who works for the glass manufacturing company in down town Brooklyn is a typical sign of inadequate treatment. It supposed to shatter entirely into tiny pieces, but not get chipped off little by little.ANSI CERTIFICATION – this means absolutely nothing. This certification does not assure a better quality. It’s just a B/S logo for sale. If you buy an extension cord with pure copper conductors it doesn’t have to be UL listed. It will do just fine. So, don’t fall for that ANSI certification crp, or CLEAR MAX COATING(their big one). It gets full of stains about the same as my 15 years old shower door that didn’t have any coating. The communication and costumer satisfaction with Amazon vs DreamLine...Well, this is the reason I give this product three stars instead of one (it truly deserves one though). Amazon requested the images of the damaged item(s) while I was with an agent on the phone(special department) and since they didn’t have any of that finish in stock, he simply refunded me and encouraged me to contact Dreamline anyway (I had to pay to someone to install that door and drilled the holes for that frame and frame was installed by the time we spotted a chipped off panel). So I kinda got stuck with that door.I contacted Dreamline twice(30-40 minutes wait time each time). In the first case, I was told that they sure will send me new panels, but during the second call (a week later), they couldn’t figure out why the panels were still not yet shipped to me. Once I mentioned that Amazon refunded me(by all means I was not trying to withhold that from them), they told me that in that case warranty is no longer available. However, after discussing the issues with one of the managers(I had to request one), and me even offering them a payment for panels, I was told by one of the managers that they will call me back. They did. After realizing that it was Amazon who took the loss for that transaction they honored their warranty. So to DreamLine apparently it’s all transactional. But even if Amazon wouldn’t – mathematically they still would lose one set of doors and extra shipping cost…. And I got the doors 30%-35% cheaper than it normally retails for.... Why couldn’t they supply extra panels to amazon, or sell the components on amazon/their website separately….?So, the bottom line is – whoever designed that product under DreamLine trademark was such an amateur, not even thinking adequately. The real life is not a sci-fi cartoon where things look pretty and do fine. In reality the functionality should be the priority and not just the look.UPDATE 07/24/2018Well, I had this set of doors for about a year. However, the bathroom I renovated seemed to me a bit boring (same tile all over, no trims) so I decided to add some contrast. My workers removed the doors but neglected the bottom rail. In the end, some thin-set mortar got dried on it. Removing it from the rail caused damage to the finish. I contacted DreamLine and explained them (it was clearly my fault). They replaced me the rail and the glide block - free of charge, although I prepared to pay for parts and shipping cost.Although I still think that some parts of this product could have been designed better and I am not going to add stars to this review, but I definitely would consider DreamLine in the future after this one. NOTE: calling them in case of any issue would take a ton of wait time, so I'd recommend to send a detailed email to their support team( photos, proof of purchase, issues, etc) . It will be answered.
