It would fit the 2 epi pens but I don't think it would fit the Benadryl. But they do sell a bigger case that should hold all three.

Yes, you could, but it depends on your belt or strap size. The carabiner is a 2" carabiner, so your belt or strap size would have to have a width less than that.

Q: Can 2 Auvi-Q injectors and inhaler fit?

Not sure if this EpiPen hardcase can fit two Auvi inhalers. You're best bet is to measure the size of both inhalers against the dimensions of the hard case which is: 8x3.5x2.4. Or, you can try a softcase like the PracMedic Bags Epipen Carry Case which is expandable. Hope that helps.

Q: how long can this be submerged in water before it leaks?

If you submerge the case, water will slowly begin sipping in where the zipper pulls come together. The materials that make the outside of the case are waterproof for maximum protection from rain, snow melt or even if you drop in water as it will float. But this case but does not offer protection from being fully submerged in water.
