These are nice but a little restrictive. Wish the top band was more comfortable. But then I have fat knees What can I say!

These are knee-highs with no effective compression. They are thick, opaque and not navy blue. Please refer to my picture. I bought the six pack for a great price but if you were reluctant based on the shade of blue, you might wish to splurge instead on a closer color match. My expectations going in were low so I am content.

The size chart did not mention anything about shoe size. I measured my calf to get the correct sizing. I am also a size 10 women's shoe size. The foot bed is not very stretchy which causes the reinforced heel to hit at the back of my arch. I'd say the medium isn't sized for anything over a size 8 (or possibly even less) in women's shoes sizes. And I would hardly call the actual calf/ankle compression 15-20 mmHg.
